Richard focuses on M&A and corporate law, private equity, business restructuring and litigation. He specialises on mergers and other types of transformations. He has more than ten years of legal advisory experience in the field of corporate finance, M&A, private equity, restructuring (acquisition, project and asset finance) and litigation.

Before establishing NRC partners Richard gained his professional experience at both domestic and international law firms. He has worked on transformation of one of the greatest producers of spirits in the Czech Republic, the operators of hotels, the renowned tour operators, bus operators and a world major producer of electronic devices and on acquisition of a Czech power plant equipment producer, a value added distributor of information and communication solutions in the area of data storage, security technology, infrastructural software and license management, leading providers of catering services, an international photoagency and a leading research & development service, specialized manufacturing supplier for the automotive industry and real estate project companies.
