Adam is an Attorney at Law with more than seven years of experience with provision of legal services in all areas of commercial and civil law, with focus on corporate, M&A, real estate and litigation.

Before establishing NRC partners, Adam worked for Prague office of a leading international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, providing legal advice to international and local clients alike. Adam participated on numerous major cross-border M&A and real estates deals and advised his clients in all areas of law in relation to their day-to-day operations in the Czech Republic.

Adam is a native Czech speaker and speaks fluent English.
